August Meetings

Both the Stow and the Oxford groups will meet in August, although due to the holiday season we understand that some will be unable to make the meetings. We expect somewhat smaller meetings with smaller meetings enabling good opportunities for fellowship, encouragement, and support for members. Why not come along armed with your key challenge in reconciling your faith to your business decisions’?

Our next breakfast is on Wednesday 21st July 2010 at the The Fosse Manor Hotel, Stow, GL54 1JX. Time 7.30am – 9.15am. (Fosse Manor directions)

Following the recent budget and onset of austerity measures we will be looking at the general direction of taxes and some tax planning areas for you to consider. These pointers will be framed in a wider discussion around what the Bible tells us about taxes and what our attitude to paying taxes should be.

The Oxford Group meets on Wednesday 9th June 2010 at 7.30am at the Four Pillars, Abingdon. The meeting fee is £12. We will be looking at the next chapter of God at Work. If you have a copy please bring it along.
The Stow Group meets on Wednesday 16th June 2010 at 7.30am at The Fosse Manor Hotel, Stow-on-the-Wold.. The the subject is Planning based on the Business by the Book DVD.
The meeting fee is £12.
In each case a full English breakfast is available.

The Oxford Group meets on Wednesday 12th May 2010 at 7.30am at the Four Pillars, Abingdon. The meeting fee is £12. The speaker will be Jon Shaw, Director of Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI) based in Canada, who will talk to the subject “Learning to Love Mondays – Really!!”.
