We are planning a first Redundancy Support Workshop to discuss further how we can support people facing redundancy. David Stringer of Momentum (member of the Oxford CBL) will be facilitating this workshop which will review the 3 main options:
* coaching / counselling
* a weekly group meeting
* a 2 to 3 day training programme

This will take place on Wednesday 14th January at the Four Pillars, Abingdon starting at 7.30.
This month we will be watching the 5th LICC DVD narrated by Mark Greene on the topic of ‘Handling Pressure’. We will be allocating good time to discuss the points raised on this topical subject.
